Zest Quest Asia is the United Kingdom’s most prestigious culinary competition designed to raise the profile of Asian cuisine among student chefs. In February 2019, a team from the famed London Geller School of Hospitality & Tourism were awarded first prize: a food and cultural trip to the Philippines.
On this rare and special night, the Zest Quest Asia champions will be working alongside Romulo Café’s chef brigade to prepare a 7-course menu of Filipino specialties. We are honored that the legendary chef Cyrus Todiwala, founder of Zest Quest Asia and patron of the longest running Michelin BIB restaurant in the world, Café Spice Namaste, will personally cook the evening’s main course, a unique take on one of the Philippines’ best loved dishes.
Romulo Café will be donating all the proceeds from the evening to Zest Quest Asia and The Foundation for Professional Training Inc.
