They’re at it again it seems.

The modus victimizing motorists in the southern area is back in circulation.

A Facebook post  in the group “We Are Determined To Make BF Better” by a certain Bernard Kenneth Peña reported that at around 8:30 in the morning of March 19, a person allegedly pretending to have polio bumped his side mirror while cruising along Concha Cruz in BF Parañaque at a 10 kph speed. The guy was said to have demanded money despite Mr. Peña’s offer to bring him to a doctor or have the case brought to the police.

His post read:

Also nasa 10 kph lang takbo ko since paliko nga.

Pena just wants people from Paranaque, Las Pinas and Muntinlupa to be aware and careful when passing through that area.

In a report by Alabang Bulletin, that this modus probably was experienced by another person in TS Cruz Subdivision in Las Piñas.

More people commented on the post by Peña with similar happenings in: Aguirre and dela Rama Streets in BF Parañaque (bike modus), DLSU Taft (rice modus) and in Quirino Avenue in La Huerta, Parañaque.

Be vigilant and spread the word.
